Drawing on industry specific experience that includes taxation, superannuation, investment management, property investment and development and professional practices, David provides exceptional business advice ensuring clients are best placed for even the most uncertain of times.
A passionate family-man, David has established the Jaquillard Minns Family Office, a holistic suite of services designed specifically for families with complex needs. He works closely with families seeking to maintain and grow their wealth over generations, advising on what structures, processes and leadership will be required to achieve their goals. He ensures that through his advice, they are able to have peace of mind and focus on what is most important to them.
David has also successfully established some of Adelaide’s largest philanthropic foundations and is a dynamic leader of best practice governance and grant making. He understands that every person’s philanthropic motivation is different, and how to best structure and support these aspirations.
Currently David gives his time as a board member to Pembroke School, the Pembroke Foundation, the Fay Fuller Foundation, the Wyatt Benevolent Institution and Ukaria. In his spare time, he enjoys being with his family, cycling, travelling, gardening and attending jazz and classical music performances.
Coming from a family business originating in the early twentieth century, Mark has been immersed in the day to day organisational structure and practice of family business from a young age. His own interests have led him to specialise as a wealth advisor over the last 12 years.
From a trade background in the family business - fitter and turner - through to senior management, before breaking to gain further business experience with the Australian Institute of Management, Mark returned to his family’s business in 1987. He holds a Diploma in Financial Advising and his experience runs from rural and farming through to business management, investment and finance.
Mark was involved in the early stages of creating the organisation now known as 'Family Business Australia' which supports, promotes and advocates the role of family businesses in Australia.
A passion for assisting businesses with succession planning has included advising in the areas of organisation structure, good corporate governance, property, equities, private business and investment. Mark is passionate about teaching people how to invest wisely. His passion has led him to write four books on investing.
Mark is married and has two adult sons. His passions include visiting his two sons who live interstate, overseas travel, walking his cocker spaniel at Glenelg beach every day, Porsche cars, entertaining friends and going to the movies.
Stacey holds a Master of Business majoring in Philanthropy and Social Investment and a Bachelor of Psychology degree.
Her extensive experience in philanthropy and working with family’s holding significant wealth stems from her previous roles with the Myer Family Company, The Trust Company and Telstra Foundation.
As well as advising clients of the Jaquillard Minns Family Office Stacey is the CEO of the Fay Fuller Foundation and runs a successful consultancy in the areas of philanthropy and non-profit strategy and governance.
An active volunteer, Stacey sits on the board of The Australian Centre for Social Innovation, Impact100 SA and is involved with her son’s school.
Originally from Melbourne, she enjoys spending her spare time with her husband and two children and exploring Adelaide and its surrounds.
